Effective as of 31st July, schwartz GmbH acquired 100% ownership of Hütte GmbH in Düren.
Over the last few years, numerous heat treatment systems for press hardening and aluminium have already been produced for us there. This has further increased our production capacity. At the same time, the number of employees working for the schwartz group has grown to almost 200.
